It has been recently proposed that pro-inflammatory genes such as cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) play a key role in the aging process.However,it remains unclear whether the pro-inflammatory activity of COX-2 is involved in the aging process and whether COX-2 inhibitors prevent aging.

该文报道应用脑神经生长素治疗经ＣＴ确诊的急性脑血管病（脑卒中）３０例，另设胞二磷胆硷对照组。经统计学处理，脑生 组总有效率９３．３℅，脆二磷胆硷组总有效率为７３．３℅。而从治愈率看，脑生素组为４３．３℅，胞二磷胆硷组为１６．７℅，二组比较有显著性差异，确诊脑生素治疗急性脑血管病的疗效好，无不良反应，临床广泛应用。
