目的 探讨应用二维彩色多普勒超声显像诊断肾癌及其对肾癌血流分型中的临床应用价值。方法 采用美国GE Logiq 9 型等超声显像仪诊断52例肾癌患者，按常规进行肾脏超声检查，当显示并拟诊为肾脏恶性肿瘤后，仔细观察肿瘤的大小、形态、周边及其内部血流特点情况并进行分析，全部患者均与术中所见及病理诊断结果进行对比。
