党的十八届三中全会以来,深化应用型本科院校人才培养改革成了很多高校重视的问题。独立学院作为一类特殊的办学形式,应培养适应社会需要的应用型人才。笔者基于全方位教学调研,从人才培养定位、人才培养模式、师资队伍建设、政策支持与保障机制等方面,初探独立学院经济管理人才培养与社会的不适应性,并分析相关原因,以期对独立学院提升经济管理人才培养的社会适应性起到一定的借鉴作用。
Since the Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee, deepening the personnel training reform in applied undergraduate colleges and universities has become a problem that many colleges and universities attach importance to. Independent college, as a special form of running a school, should cultivate applied talents to meet the needs of society. Based on the omni-directional teaching and researching, the author probes into the cultivation of economic management talents and social incompetence in Independent Colleges from the perspectives of personnel training and positioning, personnel training mode, faculty building, policy support and safeguard mechanism, and analyzes the related reasons, with a view to the independence of independent College to enhance economic management personnel training social adaptability play a certain reference.
