Objective: To establish a tongue squamous cell carcinoma animal model in Sprague-Dawley rat by mechanical injury combined chemical reagent.Preliminary research neoneurogenesis of tongue SCC by this model.Methods: The right border tongue of the SD rat was applied with 1％ 7,12-dimehylbenz [a] anthracene (DMBA) acetone solution and chronic mechanical injury locally three times a week.All the specimens were taken from the 4th, 8th,12th,16th week after the applicator.The pathological appearance was studied by light microscope ,H and E stain.Based on this animal model, NF-L and NF-H antibody was used as immuno-histochemical staining to analyze the relationship among their expression levels, tumor progression and position.
