Aim: The aim of this study is to design a disease-specific module to be used together with the general cancer specific questionnaire EORTC QLQ-C30 for the measurement of quality of life for patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) who have undergone raditotherapy, intracavitary brachytherapy, chemotherapy and surgery.Method: Relevant quality of life (QL) issues were generated from literature search and interviews with patients and health care professionals.In regards to aspects of disease, treatment and psycho-social aspects, 46 potentially relevant issues have been derived from the literatures.
