近年来在大流量的液压系统中,插装阀的应用日益广泛。由于电子技术与液压技术的紧密结合,电液比例插装阀显示出独特的优越性,品种日益繁多。本文提出一种电液比例插装阀的液阻桥路图解分析法,它不仅有利于找出这种阀类的共性,使电液比例插装阀液压系统图的绘制加以统一,而且可使系统层次分明,功能清析,因而有利于对这类阀作进一步的动、静态特性分析研究和探讨。
In recent years, large flow in the hydraulic system, the application of cartridge valve is increasingly widespread. Due to the close combination of electronic technology and hydraulic technology, the electro-hydraulic proportional cartridge valve shows unique superiority and variety. In this paper, a schematic diagram of the liquid resistance bridge schematic analysis of the electro-hydraulic proportional cartridge valve is proposed, which not only helps to find out the commonness of such valves, but also makes the drawing of the hydraulic system diagram of the electro-hydraulic proportional cartridge valve uniform, System-level clear, functional analysis, which is conducive to such valves for further dynamic and static analysis and discussion.
