  Females are routinely choosier than males in mate choice in many taxa.Several hypotheses were considered to explain genetic benefits behind female strategies.The inbreeding avoidance hypothesis and outbreeding avoidance hypothesis predict that females prefer to mate with un-related males and relatives under the inbreeding and outbreeding depressions,separately.

本研究选取黑龙江省通河地区的东北林蛙为研究对象,通过逐步降低其环境温度的处理,设25℃组为对照组,4℃组、0℃组、-1℃组和-2℃组为低温处理组,采用葡萄糖氧化酶-过氧化物酶法、蒽酮比色定糖法、2-Dnative-PAGE/SDS-PAGE 同工酶电泳法。
