Nowadays, fuel cell is considered as one of the best devices that can meet our energy demand and many great efforts have been devoted to the fabrication of the electrocatalysts owing to the significant advantages in solving the problem of high electrochemical polarization of oxygen reduction, which leads to great loss of battery efficiency and output voltage [1].The oxygen electroreduction reaction (ORR) is one of the most important reactions in oxygen-involving electroreactions especially metal-air batteries and fuel cells.
