随着大数据和互联网快速发展,如何通过大数据的应用,有效探究"互联网+"卷烟市场监管模式,有力助推烟草行业的发展和进步,成为烟草行业一项重要课题。本文从对"互联网+"卷烟市场监管新模式的探索入手,对"CCEI"工作法的运行方式和发展前景进行了详细阐述,力求实现卷烟市场监管工作的信息化、规范化、精准化,推动卷烟市场监管向着质量效能型、精准监管型方向转变。
