Cement, as one of the key construction materials, plays a very important role in the social and economic development, yet it also brings great challenge due to its large consumption in natural resource and energy and the emissions of greenhouse gases during manufacture.This issue is of great importance especially for China due to its huge volume of cement output accounting for over half of the world cement output.
