成人和青少年的情绪调节存在差异，表现在情绪调节能力和情绪反应性两个方面。中国文化强调人际和谐相处，最终体现出一种非享乐主义的情绪调节模式。以往的研究存在一些不足，其中一点是实验材料缺乏生态效度，仅仅引发单一情绪，积极情绪或者消极情绪。

：
成人和青少年的情绪调节存在差异，表现在情绪调节能力和情绪反应性两个方面。中国文化强调人际和谐相处，最终体现出一种非享乐主义的情绪调节模式。以往的研究存在一些不足，其中一点是实验材料缺乏生态效度，仅仅引发单一情绪，积极情绪或者消极情绪。
