  In this study, four species of orchid were collected in Gyeonggi province of Korea; Pogonia japonica, Liparis kumokiri, Spirenthes sinensis, Habenaria radiata.And orchid mycorrhizal fungi (OMF) were isolated from surface-sterilized roots of orchid.Morphological characteristic of each isolates was described and DNA was extracted.In molecular identification, ITS region was amplified using ITS1-OF and ITS4-OF pair.Three species of OMF belong to tulasnellaceae were identified; Tulasnella sp., T.calospora, T.irregularis.
