转运记录单在急诊危重病人安全转运中的应用

【摘要】

：

目的：探讨使用病人转运记录单对急诊危重患者转运安全的影响.方法：设计急诊危重病人转运记录单，指导护士对病人进行评估、做好充分的转运前准备和沟通，进行完整的文书记录.结果：使用后病人转运意外事件发生率下降，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论：应用急诊危重病人院内转运记录单可提高转运安全、规范转运流程、保证转运记录完整.
