The construction of school-based curriculum not only fulfills the need of building the national third-level curriculum, but also is an important way for schools in ethnic regions to enhance the selectivity and adaptability of the curriculum and embody the characteristics of running a school. Under the background of “Internet + ”, how to develop a course that is suitable for the training of schools and the new farmers’ core qualifications in Hainan’s minority areas is a question that educational participants in Hainan should think and explore. The construction of a new peasant training course is based on the background of the basic education in Hainan’s ethnic minority areas and the fact that the overwhelming majority of students will be engaged in hometown after they are adults.
