  In this study,we invite stakeholders from Taiwan fuel cell industry (including NPO representatives) to form a peer review platform so as to formulate supportive policy framework for advanced industrialization.By adopting Delphi method and AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) to conclude stakeholders expertise,we try to concentrate on Taiwan most advantageous options from three perspectives (technique background,product position and subsidy schemes) in order to make a clear-cut priority.
