According to the online banking users continuance intention, also based on the framework of Expectation-Confirmation Model of IS Continuance, we used new varibles like Service Quality and Loyalty to make expansion and progress, a theoretical model of users continuance intention was built to summarize the influential factors, analyze their relationship, and reveal the microscopic mechanism among Continuance Intention, Satisfaction, Loyalty, Perceived usefulness and Service Quality.SPSS and AMOS are used to analyze the data collected from questionnaires and verify the hypotheses, proceed structural analysis, in order to modify the model.In the theoretical significance, the study will enrich and develop the IS Continuance theory system, explain and predict the regular pattern of Online Banking users behavior in a comprehensive and profound way.From a practical point of view, the study will enhance the understanding of the Key Success Factors on Online Banking such as application system development, product and service marketing and users consistence so that it can promote faster and better development of Online Banking.
