本文根据某8’软磁盘驱动器的图纸和资料,分析主轴、磁头定位机构、盘片安装等误差对磁头定位精度的影响,并用概率统计的方法计算了磁头定位误差。理论计算结果与产品规定的指标相一致。
Based on the drawings and data of a 8 ’floppy disk drive, this paper analyzes the influence of the error of spindle, head positioning mechanism, and disk mounting on the head positioning accuracy, and calculates the head positioning error by the method of probability and statistics. The theoretical calculation results are consistent with the product specification.
