　　目的：前期研究发现AML患者外周血γδ T细胞出现部分T细胞受体亚家族优势表达，但γδT细胞各亚群功能并不清楚.T细胞免疫抑制性受体PD-1与其配体PD-L1介导的负性协同刺激信号途径在肿瘤免疫中发挥重要调节作用.为了解PD-1/PD-L1负性信号途径对γδ Treg可能的调节作用，分析了AML初发患者外周血中γδ T细胞巾PD-1、PD-L1、CTLA-4和Foxp3基因的表达情况.
