　　In our work,a novel indirect method for87determination of sulfate and sulfide is proposed.The content of sulfate and sulfide in the cement samples can be determined on sequential wavelength-dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometer based on the investigation of their overlap and shift of Kαline and Kβ line.The standard curve is obtained and it is used for the determination of sulfate and sulfide in routine samples with satisfactory results.
