DNA methylation is an important epigenetic mark controlling gene expression, thus playing pivotal roles in many cellular processes.Currently, whole genome bisulfite sequencing and reduced representation bisulfite sequencing are popular techniques to profile genomewide methylation at a nucleotide resolution.However, these techniques suffer from the heterogeneity of samples.
