柔性有机场效应晶体管(organic field-effect transistors,OFETs)具有可折叠、质量轻、低成本等优点,在柔性显示、柔性传感器和柔性集成电路等方面显示了广阔的应用前景,受到了学术界和工业界的广泛关注,已经成为当前的研究热点,经过近几年的发展,经过近几年的发展,柔性OFETs的性能有了明显的提高,部分器件性能达到甚至超过了非晶硅的水平,但是仍然存在不少问题,柔性衬底极易被弯曲,易对器件造成损坏或对器件性能产生影响,且柔性衬底对操作条件敏感,在长期操作过程中不稳定,与柔性衬底相兼容的低温溶液制备技术有待开发.综上所述,研究出一种高效稳定的柔性场效应晶体管制备方法是非常重要的.
