本文通过1513m~3高炉1∶11无钟炉顶模型进行布料模拟实验,充分考察了无钟炉顶布料的规律,并建立能反映装料方式与炉料分布之间的定量关系的回归数学模型,并讨论了溜槽角度位置和转速等操作参数对炉喉径向矿/焦比分布的作用,为高炉生产选择适宜布料参数提供重要的依据。
In this paper, a 1:11 bell-less roof model of 1513m ~ 3 blast furnace was used to carry out the cloth simulation experiment. The law of the cloth distribution of the bellless roof was fully investigated and a regression mathematical model was established to reflect the quantitative relationship between charging method and charge distribution. The effects of operating parameters such as the position and speed of the chute on the radial distribution of ore / coke in the throat are also discussed. This provides an important basis for choosing suitable fabric parameters for blast furnace production.
