目的以丙烯酸酯共聚物为囊皮,采用凝胶-乳液聚合法制备了缓释型氟氯氰菊酯纳米胶囊。方法经粒度分析仪测定和透射电镜观察。结果在亲水性单体(AA)用量为2%~8%,囊材用量为10%~15%时,纳米胶囊粒子呈球形,分散均匀,平均粒径在50~100 nm之间。结论紫外分光光度法测其释放速率,纳米胶囊中的氟氯氰菊酯的残留量于50℃±1℃的环境中,可长时间保持一个较高水平,表明该杀虫剂具有明显的残效性。
Objective To prepare sustained-release cyfluthrin nanocapsules by gel-emulsion polymerization using acrylate copolymer as the crust. The method was measured by particle size analyzer and transmission electron microscope. Results When the amount of hydrophilic monomer (AA) was 2% ~ 8% and the amount of encapsulated material was 10% ~ 15%, the nanocapsules were spherical in shape and uniformly dispersed with the average particle size of 50-100 nm. Conclusion The UV spectrophotometry method can be used to determine the release rate of cyhalothrin in nanocapsules. The residual amount of cyfluthrin in nanocapsules can maintain a high level for a long time under the environment of 50 ℃ ± 1 ℃, indicating that the pesticide has obvious residual efficiency.
