During last several years, the antiplatelet clopidogrel were hot topic areas of pharmacogenomics researches and its clinical relevance for the personalized pharmacotherapy.Genetic variants of CYP450 enzymes and drug target proteins have been well known to associate with wide inter-individual variation of drug responses and thus are considered to be genetic biomarkers for the prediction of personalized medicine in a given individual patients.However, there are still lots of remained issues to imply the prediction of the personalized antiplatelet therapy in clinical practice.
