为推动本地化行业发展,中国翻译协会先后发布《本地化业务基本术语》《本地化服务报价规范》《本地化服务供应商选择规范》和《本地化翻译和文档排版质量评估规范》。本文以四份本地化行业服务规范为研究对象,介绍规范的主要内容,分析其对中国“一带一路”倡议、本地化行业标准化和规范化建设、本地化服务供应商和需求方、本地化课程教学和人才培养的影响和启示。本文指出本地化服务规范可以帮助中国企业及其产品更具国际竞争力,推动本地化行业有序发展,促进供应商和需求方交流合作,指导本地化课程设置和人才培养。
In order to promote the development of the localization industry, the Chinese Translation Association has released the “Local Business Basic Terms”, “Localization Services Pricing Specification”, “Localization Service Provider Selection Specification” and “Localization Translation and Document Layout Quality Evaluation Specifications”. In this paper, four localized service standards for the industry as the research object, introduce the main contents of the specification, analyze its China “One Belt, One Road ” initiative, the localization of the industry standardization and standardization, localization of service providers and demand side, localization Influence and enlightenment of course teaching and personnel training. This article points out that the localization service standard can help Chinese enterprises and their products to be more internationally competitive, promote the orderly development of localized industries, promote exchanges and cooperation between suppliers and demand sides, and guide the localization of curriculum and personnel training.
