The effects of W-2, a novel ABA analogue designed and synthesized by our laboratory in previous studies,were studied on the salt tolerance of wheat seedlings.It was investigated that whether exogenous W-2 or ABA could protect wheat seedlings from salinity stress (150 mM NaC1) and whether the protective effect was associated with the changes of antioxidant enzymes and membrane stability.
