随着音乐学科教育理论的发展,学校音乐教育的文化功能开始进入国内学者的视野。城市音乐文化是人类社会音乐文化中不可或缺的一元,是学校音乐文化教育的组成部分,学校音乐教育文化功能应涵盖“城市音乐文化教育功能”。上海“十二五”规划着眼于加快国际文化大都市的建设步伐,在这期间,学校教育必须发挥相应的教育责任。本文以上海与纽约音乐课程标准为研究对象,就课程标准中的城市音乐文化功能进行比较,以课程价值取向、课程目标、课程目标实施指导为三个比较维度,提出协调与优化上海音乐教育的具体建议,为促进上海成为国际文化大都市服务。
With the development of music discipline education theory, the cultural function of school music education begins to enter the field of domestic scholars. The urban music culture is an indispensable unit in the music culture of human society and is an integral part of the school music culture education. The educational function of music education in schools should cover the function of music culture education in cities. Shanghai’s Twelfth Five-Year Plan focuses on speeding up the pace of construction of an international cultural metropolis. During this period, school education must assume corresponding educational responsibilities. This article takes music curriculum standards in Shanghai and New York as research objects, compares the functions of urban music culture in curriculum standards, and takes three comparative dimensions as guidance of curriculum value orientation, curriculum objectives and curriculum objectives, and proposes to coordinate and optimize Shanghai music education Specific recommendations to promote Shanghai as an international cultural metropolis services.
