The relationship between sulfa medications standard curve slope of high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and the numbers of functional groups in its molecular are discussed.With the results from reciprocal of slope is the best.Using 13 parameters, the equation 1 is obtainned ,complex correlation coefficient R =0.998099, R2 =0.9999, F =5901.Equation 1 get in the predicted with nine and literature of residual value of zero, the rest of the residual were less than 0.008.The parameters reduce to 11 get the results of the equation 2 similar.The parameters of the further reduce to 7, the equation 3 get R =0.9932, residual of the predicted value of 10 medications is less than 0.009., but there are also five kinds have great difference.
