In recent years,the proportion of Mortgage Loan Commitment in bank credit as a whole has been increasing constantly.More and more scholars attached importance to the relationship between house prices and bank credit.Based on the monthly data between 1999~2008,this paper tries to probe into the linkage hereinbefore.By constructing nonparametric model,this paper explains such relationship exactly and puts forward the policy implication.
