在核安全保障框架下,通过擦拭取样进行粒子分析是一种可以用来探测未申报铀浓缩设备和铀浓缩活动的先进手段。研究中初步建立了裂变径迹技术和热表面电离质谱(FT-TIMS)联用法分析擦拭样品中含铀微粒的铀同位素比值技术,验证了FT用于筛选含铀微粒的可靠性和筛选过程的实验本底,考察了样品的使用效率,为技术的完善和成功运用提供了技术支撑。
Under the framework of nuclear safety assurance, particle analysis by swab sampling is an advanced tool that can be used to detect undeclared uranium enrichment equipment and uranium enrichment activities. In this study, the fission track technique and thermal surface ionization mass spectrometry (FT-TIMS) were used to analyze the uranium isotope ratio of uranium particles in the wiped samples.
