Objective: To observe the apoptosis rates on rat bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (rBMSCs) by ethanol in vitro.Methold: rBMSCs were expanded by whole bone marrow culture.At passage 3 cells, the cell surface makers CD34, CD44, CD45, CD90, CD105 were analyze by flow cytometry.The potentials of osteogenic and adipogenic differentiation were detected by Alizarin red staining and Oil Red O staining.Different concentrations of ethanol 0 mM, 50 mM, 100 mM, 200 mM were divided into 4 experimental groups, and rBMSCs were treated with ethanol for 3 hours.Apoptosis rates ofrBMSCs were evaluated by flow cytometry.
