To study the feasibility of preparing nanoparticles via continuous hydrothermal route, hydrothermal process of SnO2 precusor was carried out in a helical tube reactor(HTR).The products prepared at different hydrothermal temperatures (160℃-300℃) were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and its energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and UV-Visible spectroscopy(UV-Vis).
