Organic Light Emitting Diodes (OLEDs),a thin, light weight and flexible light emitting technology, have the great potential to be applied in next generation light sources and display technologies.Significant research effort to generate intellectual innovation, create commercial breakthrough and deliver product performance has focused on making high purity, high efficiency and long lifetime electroluminescence compounds, the essential components of OLEDs.As a result, advanced analytical techniques capable of better characterizing the materials and detecting impurity and degradation have been in great demand.
