Objective: This study was to evaluate the clinical performance of APTIMA(R) human papillomavirus (AHPV) assay and Hybrid Capture 2 (HC2) test in the screening of cervical disease, especially in the women with atypical squamous cells of undetermined significance (ASC-US) and low-grade squamous intraepithelial lesion (LSIL).
