面部注射填充美容技术近年来已经得以广泛和普遍的应用,作为一种微创和安全的技术非常容易受到求美者的接受,但在大量病例的使用中可能出现的极为严重的眼部并发症如失明等并没得到应有的重视.国内至今尚未见到个别或大宗病例的报告,国外眼科及整形外科杂志已有共30余例的综合性报告,分析认为有其解剖学基础:作为颈内动脉的终末血管支——眼动脉,与分布于面部的颈外动脉血管存在一些交通支,注射填充物直接加压进入动脉血管内会导致交通支开放,填充物作为栓子逆流进入眼动脉,造成眼视网膜缺血性和不可逆性改变.本文对相关问题如危险因素,注射器具,操作手法及预防措施进行了讨论.
