Chalcogenide amorphous Ge-Sb-Se thin films exhibit attractive optical properties, such as high refractive index, low phonon energy, large optical nonlinearity and high third susceptibility, which used for some non-linear applications.Nevertheless, their photosensitive to light exposure, which produces some types of photo-induced changes in structure and properties is unwanted, limits potential applications.
