Introduction: Ataxia Telangiectasia (A-T) is a rare genetic disorder with symptoms including ataxia and involuntary movements, higher risk of infections, and high risk of cancer [1].There is currently no effective treatment for A-T [2].The aim of the Children Ataxia Telangiectasia Neuro Assessment Project (CATNAP) is to find magnetic resonance (MR)neuroimaging biomarkers in the brain that correlate with the severity of A-T.Such biomarkers are needed for treatment development: to quantitatively assess treatment response.
