  Sesbania cannabina is a plant naturally growing in the seashores in Rudong County(RDC)and has been introduced into the Yellow River Delta(YRD)to improve the saline-alkaline soil.The rhizobia associated with this plant in this kind of soils have not been studied.Therefore,this study devoted to investigate the diversity of S.cannabina rhizobia in the saline-alkaline soils.A total of 198 rhizobial isolates were obtained from the root nodules of S.cannabina grown in YRD and RDC,in China.
