  Objective The molecular mechanism of chemotherapy-resistance in triple-negative breast cancer(TNBC)is unclear.Centrosomal kinase Nek2B is the only Nek2 isomer through the whole process of mitosis.Our study aims: first,to test the correlation between Nek2B and TNBC chemotherapy sensitivity,and discuss the participation of wnt/β-catenin pathway;second,to determine the regulation of Nek2B on β-catenin and the interaction of Nek2B and β-catenin in nucleus; last,to verify the activation of Nek2B on the wnt/β-catenin signal pathway and the regulation on the downstream target gene expression of the pathway.
