With the available of a few large datasets of 5-O scales(geno-,neuro-,endopheno(brain image)-,pheno-and enviro-type data),we are facing the challenging tasks of integrate and associate them with a few mental disorders such as schizophrenia,bipolar and depression,in particular under the umbrella of transdiagnostic model approach.A few successful stories,including some from ours,are introduced and some remaining questions are discussed.
