Viruses are pathogenic microorganisms which can cause infectious diseases to threaten global health and bring enormous economic loss.It is essential to make clear that how viruses enter cells, replicate themselves and spread to neighbor cells. Here we tried to construct a microfluidic platform to obtain the virus infection information real-time and in-situ.An integrated microfluidic device was used to realize the site-specific labeling of virus, which greatly simplified the virus labeling procedures and reduced the risk to researcher health during the living virus labeling. And a three-layer microfluidic chip with low shear stress was constructed to monitor the virus infection process in real time and in situ.A simple and point-of-care magnetic immunofluorescence assay,by combining immunomagnetic target capture, concentration, and fluorescence detection in an integrated microfluidic device, was developed for highly specific and sensitive detection of virus.
