  Chinese mitten crab is an important aquaculture species in china.However,during the breeding period,there is no uniform standard for the stocking size and density of the precocious crab,and there is not the best combining point of the low environmental stress,density and high economic benefits.In order to solve this problem,the crabs with the size of 3-4g,6-7g and 10-12g were used to take field pond culture experiment respectively,the density was 1000 / mu;and the crabs with the breeding destiny of 500 / mu,1000 / mu,and 1500 / mu were used to take stocking destiny experiment respectively,the size was 10 g.Based on the analysis of growth parameters of average body width,average weight,survival9(SR,%),hepatopancreas index(HIS) and gonad index (IGS);and compared the content differences of the cholesterol,triglycerides,free fatty acids,glycogen and lactic acid in the tissue,the paper researched the difference in growth performance of crab of different stocking size and physiological adaptive difference of crab of different breeding density.
