Human tibia fracture is one of the most frequent bone fractures because tibia supports body weight directly.Generally, when the human tibia fracture occurs bone plates made of stainless steel or titanium alloy are applied to the fracture site and fixed with fastening screws. But the metallic bone plates have excessively high modulus relative to human bones, which generates negative effect on bone fracture healing such as stress shielding effect. The precedence researchers have studied the effect of deviatoric strain, pore pressure and fluid flow on callus generation at the fracture site without bone plate.
