Background The QRS complex duration is major CRT implantation indications, but some patients with CRT still are no response, so it is necessary to explore he correlation preoperative QRS wave duration and clinical factors except left bundle branch block in patients undergoing CRT, in order to exclude the interference of other factors on the QRS wave duration.
