对不同级别医院进行病人安全文化测评,了解不同级别医院之间病人安全文化认知水平的现状与病人安全文化的差异.采用简单随机抽样和整群抽样的多阶段抽样方法抽取样本,再采用焦明丽等人编制的《病人安全文化调查问卷》对抽取的1291名医务人员进行访谈,收集问卷资料.对资料进行描述性分析、卡方分析、方差分析和多元线性回归等分析.
