在微波通信领域有着广泛应用的微波介质陶瓷是一种新型信息功能陶瓷.易于实现微波器件的小型化、集成化的具有高介电常数的微波介质陶瓷更是受到广泛的关注.本论文针对(Ca0.9375Sr0.0625)0.3(Li0.5Sm0.5)0.7TiO3 (CSLST)系微波介质陶瓷的流延浆料制备工艺技术开展研究,研究了不同种类分散剂及其含量对粉料的流延浆料以及流延膜片的影响.
