多基因编辑与多基因联合干预技术

  目的:动物性状特别是多基因性状的改良需要多基因联合干预。针对人类疾病的靶向药物治疗十分有效,那么针对其靶点的基因干预治疗效果也明显,因而多基因靶向干预将更加有效。本研究旨在寻找高表达、安全靶位点,建立高效多基因编辑与联合干预技术。
