Nanomedicine is an innovative technology for cancer diagnosis and treatment.We recently developed the advanced nanomedicine for early cancer diagnosis and early treatment.The therapeutic effect with antibody and effective anti-cancer drug was significantly increase the effect of target delivery in cancer cells and decrease side effect of anti-cancer drugs.Furthermore, the cancer biosensor was developed for diagnosis in 11 different cancers which include lung cancer, breast cancer, liver cancer, prostate cancer, etc.These studies indicated that nanobiotechnology can provide effective therapeutic strategy for early cancer diagnosis and cancer treatment.
