用带有球触头的传感器测量螺杆等螺旋面(线)存在接触点的修正问题。因修正方程为一较复杂的超越方程,目前国内尚无有关资料可供借鉴。本文根据生产实际的需要,对触点修正的理论问题作了较系统地阐述,并给出了一个求解二元超越方程组的快速迭代法,可供有关螺杆压缩机、制冷压缩机等的设计、检测人员参考。
Using a sensor with a ball contact to measure the problem of correction of the contact point on the helical surface (thread) such as a screw. Due to the correction equation is a more complicated transcendental equation, there is no relevant data available for reference. In this paper, according to the actual needs of production, the theory of contact correction is systematically described.
