Fouling of equipments in biological media is a serious problem in food industry,for example,milk fouling in heat exchangers costs billions of dollars every year.Nanobubble,the gas bubble of height in several to tens nanometer,had been reported as nonfouling agent.In present work,we proved that nanobubble can also clean the fouling surface.The Bovine Serum Albumin (BSA) labeled by radioactive isotope I-131,was used as contamination.So that the amount of BSA adsorbed on iron surface can be measured accurately.Then electrochemistry generated nanobubble was prepared on the iron surface to clean the biofouling,adsorbed BSA.After BSA adsorbed for 60min,BSA solution on iron surface was washed away.Then the amount of BSA on the surface was measured by gamma counter.
